The world has changed since then but the art of cooking delicious charcoal chicken will always be in our DNA and we thought it was time to give our loyal customers what they’ve been asking for and give our new customers a taste of what they’ve been missing.
Our foundations are based on the values and skills passed down to us by our hard-working migrant parents who also ran some of Melbourne’s best charcoal chicken shops.
Food that not only tastes great but is a healthy alternative to the highly processed fast food we see all around us.
